1. Introduction

Welcome to Bumble.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, products and services. By browsing our website, placing an order or purchasing from Bumble, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Bumble

Bumble supplies soft play products, sensory play items, sponge blocks, ball pits, wedges, tunnels, steps, crash pads, puzzle mats and related play products for toddlers and young children.

Our products are designed to support soft play, movement, sensory exploration and creative play in homes, playrooms, daycares, therapy rooms, parties and similar play spaces.

3. Product Use

Bumble products are intended for use by toddlers and young children under responsible adult supervision.

Our products are soft play items, but they are not safety devices. Children must be supervised at all times while using Bumble products.

Products should be used on a clean, dry and level surface. Outdoor use is allowed only on a suitable dry surface and products should not be left outside in rain, moisture or direct harsh weather conditions.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are correct, including product selection, sizes, colours, delivery address and contact details.

Once an order has been placed, Bumble will begin processing the order. Changes to an order may not always be possible once production, preparation or dispatch has started.

Bumble reserves the right to refuse, cancel or correct an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, stock availability or order details.

5. Product Colours and Variations

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric batches and photography.

Minor differences in colour, texture, stitching, finish or size tolerance may occur and are not considered defects, provided the product remains suitable for its intended use.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

7. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, courier schedules and delivery location.

Bumble will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Bumble will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

8. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact Bumble within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product and photos of the packaging.

This allows us to assess the issue and assist with the most suitable solution.

9. Returns and Order Concerns

Due to the nature, size and handling of our soft play products, all purchases are carefully checked before dispatch and are considered final once delivered and accepted.

Customers are encouraged to review all product details, dimensions, colours and quantities before placing an order.

Products that have been used, marked, stained, damaged after delivery, altered or not kept in their original delivered condition cannot be accepted for assessment.

Where a product is approved for return or assessment, return courier costs will be for the customer’s account unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side, Bumble will assist with an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or another remedy where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

11. Hygiene and Safety

Because Bumble products are intended for use by children, hygiene and safety are very important.

Products that have been used, exposed to dirt, food, liquid, stains, pets, outdoor elements or any unhygienic conditions cannot be accepted back for assessment unless the issue relates to a confirmed defect present at delivery.

12. Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for caring for Bumble products correctly.

Products should be wiped clean as needed and stored in a dry indoor space when not in use. Products should not be soaked, machine washed, exposed to harsh chemicals or left outside in wet conditions.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, sharp objects, rough surfaces, excessive weight, pets, weather exposure or general wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

13. Safety Disclaimer

Bumble products must always be used under adult supervision.

Bumble will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, lack of supervision, incorrect setup, unsafe play behaviour, use on unsuitable surfaces or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

14. Website Information

We do our best to keep all website information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur from time to time.

Bumble reserves the right to correct product information, pricing, descriptions, images, availability and any other website content without prior notice.

15. Intellectual Property

All Bumble branding, product images, website content, wording, graphics and designs remain the property of Bumble unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, use or distribute Bumble content without written permission.

16. Personal Information

By using our website or placing an order, you may provide personal information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and payment-related information.

Bumble will handle personal information responsibly and only use it for purposes such as processing orders, deliveries, customer service and communication.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bumble will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of profits, delays, misuse of products, third-party courier issues or damage caused after delivery.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.
