Returns Policy
At Bumble, each product is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
Due to the nature, size and handling of our soft play products, all purchases are carefully checked before dispatch and are considered final once delivered and accepted.
We encourage customers to review product sizes, colours and details carefully before placing an order to ensure the item selected is suitable for their space and needs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging and order details.
Once reviewed, Bumble will assist with the most suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement or other remedy where applicable.
Return Courier Costs
Where a product is approved for return or assessment, all return courier costs will be for the customer’s account.
Bumble is not responsible for arranging or covering return transport unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.
Customers are responsible for packaging returned items safely and securely. Bumble cannot accept responsibility for items damaged while being returned.
Product Condition
Items must be unused, clean and in their original delivered condition for any issue to be assessed. Products that have been used, marked, stained, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for assessment.
Important Notes
Colour tones may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and fabric batches. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish are not considered defects.
Because our products are soft play items intended for children, products cannot be accepted back once they have been used, due to hygiene, safety and quality control reasons.
