At Bumble, we carefully prepare and package each order to ensure your soft play products arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Because Bumble products are soft play items and may require preparation, production or packaging before dispatch, processing times may vary depending on the product, order size and current order volume.
We will do our best to keep you updated should there be any delay with your order.
Delivery Areas
Bumble delivers within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery availability and courier costs may depend on your location, order size and product dimensions.
Courier Costs
Courier costs are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order.
Due to the bulky nature of soft play products, courier fees may vary from order to order.
Any delivery fee quoted or charged will apply to that specific order only.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside of Bumble’s control.
Bumble will make every reasonable effort to have your order delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, contact number and delivery details when placing an order.
Bumble cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the products passes to the customer.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Bumble within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product and photos of the packaging.
Once reviewed, Bumble will assist with the most suitable solution where applicable.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot access the premises, additional courier charges may apply.
Any re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.
Large or Bulky Orders
Some Bumble products are large and bulky. Please ensure that the delivery address has suitable access for courier delivery.
Bumble is not responsible for products that cannot fit through doors, gates, lifts, stairways or access points once delivered.
